CJC-1295 without DAC (also called Modified GRF 1-29) is a shorter-acting GHRH analogue that requires daily dosing but produces more physiological GH pulses compared to the DAC version.
Stimulates pulsatile GH release from the pituitary. Without DAC, the half-life is approximately 30 minutes, mimicking natural GHRH pulses when dosed around meals or at bedtime.
Mild water retention, flushing, and temporary fatigue post-injection.
Inject 100–300 mcg SubQ 1–3 times daily, ideally on an empty stomach or before bed. Often stacked with a GHRP such as Ipamorelin.
