Ipamorelin is a selective growth hormone secretagogue and ghrelin receptor agonist. It is one of the cleanest GHRPs available, stimulating GH release without significantly raising cortisol or prolactin.
Mimics ghrelin by binding to the GHS-R1a receptor in the pituitary, triggering selective GH release. Unlike other GHRPs, it does not activate ACTH or cortisol pathways.
Mild headache, flushing, and water retention are possible. No significant cortisol or prolactin elevation.
Inject 200–300 mcg SubQ 2–3 times daily. Best stacked with CJC-1295 (No DAC) for synergistic GH release.
